Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from any signs of use or damage

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
